Making tough decisions is what executives DO. It is their job….day after day. And, the quality of their decisions affects not only their own career but the livelihoods of everyone who is a stakeholder in their organizations. So, it is shocking how little research and training is devoted to actually improving the field of business decision making.

At inlytica, we are trying to correct this. We are coaches, strategists, technologists and writers. Our mission is to apply concepts from science, mathematics and philosophy to the discipline of decision making and problem solving.
